2016 Lottery Calendars Now Available

The 2016 Delaware Township Volunteer Ambulance Corp Lottery Calendars are now available. The 2016 DTVAC Lottery Calendar is the perfect holiday gift. Friends, family and colleagues will love a chance to win money every day throughout the coming year. Over $15,000 in total prizes will be distributed throughout 2016.

How it works…Your calendar is assigned a three digit “lucky number”. Any day of the year your lucky number matches the Pennsylvania Lottery’s Evening Daily Number Drawing, you will win the dollar amount listed on your lottery calendar for that day.

You can follow the Pennsylvania Lottery Drawing each day on local television at 6:59 p.m., but winners will be tracked by DTVAC. You don’t have to contact us to claim your prize as winners will automatically be mailed a check. Checks will be mailed bi-weekly. You may request your lucky number(s), but if they are not available, a lucky number will be assigned to you. The Lottery Calendars also feature a full page of great coupons from numerous Pike County businesses.

If you would like to purchase a Lottery Calendar, mail a check payable to Delaware Twp. Ambulance in the amount of $30.00 per calendar to 135 Park Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328. All proceeds from this program will be used to purchase emergency medical equipment to serve the residents and visitors of the Greater Dingmans Ferry Area. On Thursday, October 15th Delaware Township Volunteer Ambulance Corp (DTVAC) proudly donated $500.00 to the Dr. Peter Favini Scholarship Fund. The check was distributed to the Monroe County Ambulance Association, the scholarship’s sponsoring agency at the 21st Annual Pocono EMS Conference held at the new Kalahari Resort in Pocono Manor.

The scholarship, named for Dr. Peter Favini was established to help emergency medical technicians at the basic level advance their certification to the paramedic level. Dr. Favini currently serves in a voluntary capacity as the Medical Director for DTVAC. In that role, he establishes clinical policies and procedures, provides training, and ensures clinical competency of providers. Both Pike and Monroe County residents are eligible for the scholarship. For more information about the scholarship, contact Linda Smith at (570) 629-2620.
